1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request refunds for credit purchases made on Quiver. Please read carefully before making a transaction.
At Quiver, we aim to deliver high-quality digital education services through a flexible credit-based system. If for any reason you are not satisfied or need a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased services and cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
- Duplicate payments for the same credit package.
- No credits were used after purchase (must be claimed within 7 days).
2. Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. If you paid via card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. We do not issue refunds through alternate channels.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits already used or partially used.
- Change of mind after successful usage of any part of the purchased credits.
- Requests made beyond 7 days after purchase.
4. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your statement.

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at ssjayasundara@yahoo.com or fill out the Support Form. Please include your order ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund.

- 20 Credits – $245
- 50 Credits – $600
- 100 Credits – $1100
